ARE YOU A WOMEN LOOKING FOR AN EXCITING CAREER PATH?

You have options! The Real Life Rosies™ program is New York’s first direct-entry program for women in advanced manufacturing. The program focuses on training women on a variety of skills that will help them grow professionally and offer opportunities for continuous development. Manufacturing offers a wide-range of opportunities in a variety of processes, including safety, CNC Machining, hand tool usage, robotics, and lean manufacturing.

MORE ABOUT THE PROGRAM:

Earn while you learn! Up to $1,000 in stipends/incentives available when you reach milestones.
– No cost to participate.

– Participants must be at least 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in the U.S.
Guaranteed job interviews with up to 6 local companies.
– Help with clothing and supplies for work.
Transportation and childcare available.
– Up to 2 nationally recognized certifications; CMfgA and OSHA 10.

UPCOMING PROGRAMS


Fall 2024 – 12-week classes:

In Mohawk Valley:

October 15 – December 12, 2024
Class will be held 3 times per week on Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 4:30 – 7:30 PM in-person at Mohawk Valley Community College

In Onondaga County:

Class will be held twice per week in the evenings at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, NY.

In Oswego County:

September 16 – December 11, 2024
Class will be held twice per week on Monday & Wednesday from 4:30 – 7:30 PM at Cayuga Community College, Fulton Campus.
